You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited communications. Emails and messages must comply with laws like CAN-SPAM and TCPA. If you use our Platform for outreach (e.g., brands contacting influencers), you must maintain records of consent and honor opt-out requests.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

CouponsFound is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or availability of discounts. We’re not liable for:

  • Errors, interruptions, or delays on the Platform

  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform

  • Third-party content or interactions

In no event will our total liability exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past year.

10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

By using the Platform, you agree to resolve most disputes through binding arbitration instead of court. You also waive your right to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing [email protected].

All arbitrations will be administered by the American Arbitration Association and take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless both parties agree otherwise.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, certain rights and obligations will still apply (such as indemnity and IP licenses).
